Midi Module
brian moore midiaxe help?
so i have a brian moore dc/1 and im trying to use MIDI to make it play as a keyboard. i need to figure out how to set it up as i havent done it in a while. ive been trying this:
plugin the special MIDIaxe cable into guitar
take a MIDI cable from the MIDI out plug of the MIDIaxe module and plugging it into the MIDI in plug of my keyboard, then using a normal guitar cable from the module that says "electric" to an auxiliary plug in my keyboard.
im very confused on what to do.. help please?
Well, the reason you have not received any answers so far is because no one can really help you with the information you provided. What you can do to solve the problem yourself, is to read the MidiAxe manual. I was unable to find on online but, this custom manual may hae the information you need in it. http://www.iguitar.com/manuals/customshop.pdf It also appears that they may have stopped making the MidiAxe. Your keyboard owner's manual also needs to be consulted as to how to connect a midi instrument. Since I do not know what keyboard you have, I can't help you there. I have Roland Juno-G and the Reference manual is a little difficult to read sometimes, but, there are many YouTube videos put there by Juno-G users that have details on how to do some of the cryptic things found in the manual. So you might browse YouTube for answers as well.
