what is wrong with the midi in Abelton Live 5?
the Abelton Live sequencer never catches my 1st midi note and sometimes it doest quantize the midi. even with input quantize on, it wont quantize the notes. anyone with the same issue?
When Ableton Live 5 was reviewed in the future music magazine, they got slammed on the MIDI. Your right there is a time problem there because they put in a weak MIDI sequencing progam. I'd recommend reading the review and futuremusic.com I'll put the link in the reference. I have not figured out how you fix it though. I just give myself four bars before I start and go in and edit the first note if I have to. Annoying I know. Good luck
