WoW Manual Patches Fail?
ok im trying to patch my WoW to 3.3.5a for private server until christmas so i can play the actual WoW but everytime i manual patch, it says
The file "\enUS-hdfiles\Data\enUS\Documentation\Support\(PC)TechnicalSupport.html" could not be opened. If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (InstallerFile::Open)
is there a way to stop this and just let is patch? besides repairing because that takes forever (espceially all the way from 3.0.3 to 3.3.5a)
It could be Blizzard's attempt to stop people from using private servers (making manual patching unusable without Blizzard's WoW launcher). Honestly, just wait until you can play the real game. Or just start playing now. Then you won't have to deal with these issues.
